About Me
My journey towards being a healer, a counsellor, whatever label you feel comfortable
with, started later in life. As with many people, I found myself taking the first step after a traumatic event left me lost and looking for answers. I found Energy Healing first, and this 2-year journey of training as an Energy Healer not only allowed me to help others, but also to work on healing myself. After 2-years, I found myself as an internationally accredited (BAHA) Energy Healer. My journey had truly begun!
The next step was to study for 18 months with The Coaching Centre, Integral Africa,
as an Integral Life Coach (based on Ken Wilber’s Integral Theory) which gave me the
skills to find better ways to communicate and look at a client’s life through the 4
Quadrants, allowing for a more holistic approach to life coaching. One more step was needed to get me to this point, and that was to study Metaphysics for a further 2-years culminating in a Practitioners Diploma in Applied Metaphysics and Metaphysical Counselling. I have found this modality to be the ‘hanger’ on which I hang everything now, and the passion in my life.
I have, at last, found myself again.
